AWARDS

It's lovely to receive awards but oh so difficult to select just a few fellow bloggers to pass them on to as my list of favourite blogs grows each day.

Thanks so much to Ann for passing on the Kreativ Blogger 2 award....your blog is a constant source of inspiration and wonder Ann. The rules for this award are to list your 7 favourite things and pass the award on to 7 people (lots of thinking involved there!) so here goes.....

1. Family & Friends
2. Crafting
3. Dogs
4. Birds & Wildlife
5. The Sea
6. My PC
7. Ice cream

I would like to pass this award on to the following people who have some stunning creations on their blogs:

1. Sandy
2. Annie
3. Chris
4. Jenny
6. Lana
7. Rubymay

I was also lucky enough to receive the Beautiful Blog award from both Cynthia and Jane. The rules for this award are to pass it on to 5 people who have inspired you and made your blog what it is. I just wish I could give it back to Cynthia and Jane as they fall into that category. However, after much thought, I would like to pass this award on to:

1. Wendy (for inspiring me to set up a blog and explaining how to do it!)
2. Phree

Awards!

I am feeling lucky as I have been given 2 awards this week from my crafting friends. I have received the Kreativ Blogger award from Beryl and Ann W who are very talented ladies so it is an honour, thanks!

The rules for this award are as follows:
1. The winner may put the logo on their blog.
2. Put a link to the person who sent you the award.
3. Nominate 5 blogs.
4. Put links to their blogs
5. Leave a message for your nominees.

I would like to pass this on to the following people who inspire me as creations displayed on their blogs are wonderful:

Cazz
Annie
Jane
Deby
Jen

I hope you will accept ladies.

I received the Proximity award from Sue, Ann, Beryl, and Suzanne but I am really struggling to find anyone who doesn't already have this award so I will say if anyone on my blog roll/SBS Group would like the award, please do take it and pass it on!
This blog invests and believes the PROXIMITY - nearness in space, time and relationships! These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind blogger’s aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers! Deliver this award to eight blogger’s who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award.

Wylde Women Awards

I am touched and amazed to have received this new award seven times over the past week and would like to thank the following blogging friends for thinking of me......Chrissie, Edna, Cazz, Sue, Cynthia, Carol and Ann. The rules for this award are as follows:

1. You can give it to one or one hundred or any number in between - it's up to you. Make sure you link to their site in your post.

2. Link back to this blogsite (http://http://www.tammyvitale.com//) so Tammy can go visit all these wonderful women, and, remember the Purpose of the Award: To send love and acknowledgment to women who brighten your day, teach you new things and live their lives fully with generosity and joy.

The lovely ladies who gave me this award certainly fit the criteria, they have inspired me and taught me new things (lots of tips, inspiration and even tutorials) and definitely brighten my day with their encouraging comments on my cards, as do all the people whose blogs I have listed on this page.
I have decided to pass this award on to the following ladies who do not appear to have received a Wylde Women award yet:

Jane who has been visiting my blog since the start which I do appreciate. Jane makes lovely unique cards and amazes me with her creative use of the Keepsake boards.

Wendy whose stamping talents know no bounds.

Sandy who creates wonderful altered art masterpieces.

Suzanne a new blogger and also a member of Joanna Sheen's very talented design team. I have admired Suzanne's stunning creations for such a long time after seeing them on Joanna's forum and on Create and Craft. I am so pleased she has started a blog.

New Award - Blogging Friends Forever

I was really touched to receive this new award from two of my very talented and artistic blogging buddies.....Cynthia and Ann. Thanks so much, it is an honour.

It's almost a year since I started my blog and the reason for doing so was that I wanted to link to my cards for challenges and also because I wanted a record of what I had made. I was thrilled when people started to leave comments on my cards and by clicking the link to their names I discovered so many wonderful crafty blogs to visit.

Here are the rules for this award:

1. Only 5 people allowed.

2. 4 have to be dedicated followers of your blog

3. one has to be someone new or recently new to your blog and live in another part of the world.

4. you must link back to whoever gave you the award.

Quite simple - it is a way of saying thank you to those who take time out for wonderful comments to boost your day.

It has been so difficult to chose 5 people to pass this award on to but I am pleased to nominate:

Wendy - it was Wendy who introduced me to Blogger and explained all about it. She has continued to leave kind comments on my cards. Thanks for the help and inspiration Wendy.

Jane, who was one of the first to leave comments on my cards and she has continued to do so ever since. Thanks Jane, your comments always make my day.

Sandy is another regular visitor to my blog whose posts have encouraged me since I started posting, thanks Sandy!

Andrea has continued to visit my blog and leave comments since I started, thanks, I do appreciate it!

Anesha - last but not least, a new visitor to my blog. Andrea lives in The Netherlands and is a member of the same Sisterhood of Blogging Stampers group as me (Group 20).

ARTE Y PICO AWARD

Thanks so much to Cynthia (Rainbow Lady) for chosing me as one of 5 recipients of this award. I feel a cheat really because my blog posts are usually very brief. I started my blog when I first decided to try out some of the great cardmaking/artwork challenges so I could link to my attempts. Prior to that I was just a blog visitor who enjoyed seeing Cynthia's wonderful work (and other bloggers now listed on my blog). It is going to be difficult to chose 5 people to pass this award onto as all the blogs I visit are very inspirational. Whilst I have a think, here are the Arte Y Pico award rules:

1. You have to pick 5 blogs that you consider deserve this award for their creativity, design, interesting material, and also contributes to the blogging community, no matter what language.

2. Each award has to have the name of the author and also a link to his/her blog to be visited by everyone.

3. Each award winner has to show the award and put the name and link to the blog that has given her/him the award itself.

4. The Award winner and the one who has given the prize have to show the link of "Arte Y Pico" blog, so everyone will know the origin of this award.

5. To show these rules.

I have decided to make the award to the following 5 bloggers, what a tough choice!!!!!!

Ann (Spirit of Creativity) for an inspirational blog which is enjoyable to read and every post contains a photo of amazing artwork and ideas.

Dawn (All Pink Girl) I love her style with cute stamps

Sandy (Stempelchaotin) Always lots of varied and amazing artwork to wonder at on Sandy's blog.

Deby (Just Add Love) Deby has pictures of some amazing papers she has created, well worth a look.

Andrea (Andrea's World) There's just so much to see on Adrea's blog and it's all fabulous!

I had never heard of the 'you make my day' award until today...when I was lucky enough to recieve THREE from the following lovely ladies whose craft blogs I visit on a very regular basis...most days in fact!

I would like to return the honour and say thanks Edna http://ednasplace.blogspot.com/

Wendy http://craftblog.craftybutterfly.co.uk/

and Cynthia http://rainbowladyscraftyblog.blogspot.com/

.....you make my day too!

(I don't think this blog template allows me to use link words of my choice when inserting hyperlinks into posts so apologies for having to link to your blogs this way girls! If it's just me being HTML challenged could someone point me in the right direction please?)

There are some wonderful craft blogs out there. I also enjoy looking at Jane's gorgeous card creations and would like to give this award to her too http://janescraftycreations.blogspot.com/ Jane you have inspired me to actually use my Keepsake boards, thanks :)

Finally, another blog I have to single out is the very talented Glenda Waterworth's Artylicious blog http://artylicious.blogspot.com/ Who could not fail to be inspired by her stunning artwork and encouraged to have a go at different techniques after reading the great tutorials both in her blog and in the monthly Graphicus Guild newsletter. Elusive Images rubber stamps are a joy to use!

I think this award is a wonderful idea and for anyone else this post and would like to make similar awards, here's how to do it:

1) Write a post with links to 5 blogs you find of interest and that inspire you.

2) Acknowledge the post of the award giver.

3) Display the logo 'You make my day'

4) tell the award winners that they have won by commenting on their blogs with the news.
