Baby Cards

I love making baby cards, especially when they are pink (pink and lilac are my favourite colours) and here are a few I have made so far.

Tricia's Card

This was made using papers from Pink Petticoat and flowers from Little Big Tree.

Come Up & See Us

This card was made using papers from Pink Petticoat and a Tanda rubber stamp.

Parchment Rose

This is my 4th attempt at parchment craft. I really enjoy doing it as it is therapeutic but it's not much use for a quick card!

It's About Time

This is the first card I made for the DCM challenge (only joined in twice so far!)....it was really just an excuse to use my new Tanda cup of tea stamp which had arrived the day before the dare was announced.

I enjoy looking at the Daring Cardmakers blog on Fridays to see what the latest challenge is and I have decided to join in this week so here is my card using buttons from HOTP. The pale pink button backing paper is by Pink Petticoat and the pink/brown/blue floral paper is by HOTP. The bow shape at the top was made using the latest Keepsake Illusion board

Teddy

This is a very simple card using my favourite Sparkle N Sprinkle embossing powder and Pink Petticoat papers.

House Mouse

This is one of my favourite House Mouse stamps coloured with Sakura and brush marker pens.

This card was made with an image taken from a painting by Sophie Anderson called 'Time of The Lilacs' The backing papers are Pink Petticoat and Cuttlebug script

Managed two cards today.....one of which is pictured below.....this week's DCM dare using buttons. I have also been trying to unravel the mysteries of my blog settings and layout...without success so far!!!!

First Post

This is my first post in my very first blog and although I set this blog up because of my love of cardmaking and papercrafts I'm afraid I haven't actually produced a single card this evening due to trying to figure out how all this works.....all a bit of a mystery I'm afraid. Oh well I am sure I will get the hang of it eventually!
